The New Zealand Climate Science Education Trust whose High Court action v NIWA over the accuracy of its Seven Station Series  temperature was dismissed by Mr Justice Venning, has filed a Memorandum asking Judge Venning to disclose whether or not he has interests in a forestry operation registered to receive New Zealand Units under the Emissions Trading Scheme established by the Climate Change Response Act 2002.
